I like the doctrine of "Treat everyone you meet as you'd like to be treated". Organised religions that chastise people for not being stout members of their particular group don't really seem to be spreading that message.
I kind of agree. No matter how much I enjoy a game's content there is always some room for improvement obviously and I've yet to come across a game that is completely emotionally enthralling. I think perhaps the storylines are made around developer's capabilities and can be second best but hopefully they will start developing deeper and longer storylines next gen.
I don't think I'll be too bothered about the lack of PS3 compatibility when I eventually get my PS4 because I'll be busy playing PS4 games then. Of course I'll keep playing on my PS3 until then. But I think the PS4 games will be the ones I want to play and by the time I'll feel nostalgic twinges for some PS3 games they hopefully have got their 'everything, everywhere' streaming system set up.
I like how the Uncharted series is a good balance between shooty action and platform-like adventure. Its general feel is like a oldschool platformer suped up for the newest generation, which explains why it is so popular with a lot of people, but I guess also shows how it might not hit the spot with less focused youths today.
