She's in an intentionally westernized cyborg body that she can change to any race or gender(even get's asked why she didn't just pick a male one.) and the majority of the cast looks white as sin if they have a cyborg body like her the only people who look Japanese are the human ones who were indeed cast by Japanese actors/actresses.(Beat Takeshi is the police chief for example.)
Long time fan and not seeing the problem because the whole cyborg thing they could have cast Jason Statham and it still would have worked cause it's a cyborg body she can change....
@Chernnunos @zax360 Actually unlike most of the time I felt almost all the criticism was valid lol but it didn't change the fact that it's been a 9/10 game for me maybe I've played one to many terrible games lately and my standards have fallen sharply but most fun I've had all year.

People who like it hide the flaws people who don't exaggerate them game reviews have "always" required you to think for yourself about whats important to you.

@jesot @Corenz Well you do have to use the site to finalize it it actually had my characters from both PS3 and PC already on there when I logged in so I imported one from PC and one from PS3 it's only your choices anyway you can just switch them back to what you did if you want.
@Kryptonbornson They aren't though lol what he means by "agree" is slightly more then half the people are giving it a 10/10 and the rest a 0/10 putting the user score around 7 or so which is what he feels it should get.
The reality is no one agrees with him or anyone else lol.
@jesot @DFL274 He's actually quite good(hard core souls veteran even surprisingly enough can even pvp) and he loves RPG's been playing them for decades if anything over the years his reviews have become more middle ground from being beaten from both sides of people who like games he doesn't or hate ones he does.
Of the staff he's my most agreeable even though I'm often one of those people shouting a different opinion in these comments lol, if there's something he's missing it's likely more of a reflection of GameSpot as a whole rather then him that's changed over the years.
@Crystal-Flavor Of the three this one is likely the closest to Baldur's gate the first one had promise and a lot of cool innovations at the time but could be clunky and may as well have all been one dungeon in Baldur's gate.
The second slipped further away well it had some improvements and they smoothed many things out in some ways it seemed more action adventure then RPG among other failings, however this one they seem to have gone a ways back to their roots huge game with lots to do it's not Baldur's gate and likely won't hit your nostalgia panic button but it's a solid game at the very least.
Been playing games since I was a child years and years and been making my own characters for a lot of that time and never once have I created myself lol.
Had friends create me and have played those but when given the chance I've never made "me" these days I go to several "avatars" that I have kept going for years.
Back in my early days of MMO's I tended to make wacky old men(first character I ever made was based off the dancing old man in those six flags commercials hehe.) and to this day I always have at least one creepy codger.
The second is after several years of staring at a old man wave his but at me(and particularly FF11 where my elf old man loved to shake that thing!) I started making a female alternate often based off my girlfriend at the time that slowly started to become this very eccentric lady as more ex's got mixed in and now always has wild hair or makeup.
Lastly I had a time where I started to drop the more tactical roles I always played for another alternate that was a button mashing smash them up character for when I just wanted to not think about it very hard someone akin to the hulk with a great sword or a axe lol.
So now to this day I always make those three. (^.^)d
