I just hope it ends up better than Deus Ex HR, Tomb Raider and Hitman.
Tomb Raider is awful and Deus Ex is a constant downward spiral. I couldn't finish either.

To each his own. I really like Deux ex: HR. I've beaten it twice and will definitely go for a third. It's so fun ghosting in that game. The only really negative thing about it is the out of place, horrible boss fights.
Absolution was pretty bad, and Tomb Raider was good in my eyes, not amazing but worth playing once.
Despite the change from underwater to sky city, it still looks too much more of the same. I'm sure the first few hours will be interesting. Once the new coat of paint wears off, it will reveal it's still overly familiar. Elizabeth is the new "little sister". Songbirds are just flying big daddies. Vigors are basically the same plasmids, except with different names. Your choices probably only lead to a different end cutscene again.

Your post doesn't even make sense. What the hell were you expecting? It's a sequel, why would they completely change the game? You seem to be grasping at straws. By your logic, every sequel in history is just 'more of the same'. I really hope you were joking with this.
Considering how many people seemed to dislike Bioshock 2, the crazy hype for Infinite doesn't make much sense.

There made my different devs, the people who made the first are the ones making infinite. The 2nd was made by a different 2k team. And i loved Bioshock 2 BTW. Why did that even happen?Because Irrational had no interest in ever doing another BioShock game in Rapture, if I'm not mistaken.
I like BioShock 2, also. Of course the story is crap, but the gameplay is fantastic and a huge improvement over the clunky BioShock 1.

Game comes out in 4 days, people are spoiling it left and right. People are cautious to come onto the internet, let alone this thread.I really doubt that's a big part of it. People ALWAYS go spoiling big releases left and right, I don't see how this is any different. Just odd that's there's literally no hype for this game on SW.
