Just saw it for pre-purchase on steam. Seems to have come out of no where, at least for me.

EU Gaming Mags are pretty full of it, at least here in germany ^^
In short: You play Nihilin who formerly worked for an agency that sold memories, now you have lost your own and the company is tracking you down, you'll have to find out the reason why and regain your memory.
One of the key features of the game is to manipulate memories of other persons and make them do things because of this that help you to progress, prime example that is always stated is that you manipulate a guys memory so he beliefs he killed his wife in an argue though he didn't and then kills himself because of this.
It's also said that is has some action elements too
From what I've seen, the game looks kinda bad. Somewhat generic platforming and weird looking combat.
