not if you break the seal, but don't you have software to change thew speed or maybe through bios?

edit: i'm havind some audio issues - sometimes the radio cuts or the convo cuts off but the subtitles continue

and what about guarantee. you don't want to end up paying for something twice within 2 years, especially if it's 200 worth. i wouldn't look at components which come with less than a 24 month warranty
