@horizonwriter yes, i understand that's what you're saying. i can read. how am i getting pissy? get a grip. if batman were written "properly", he'd lose a LOT more often or be dead, he wins because he's the "hero" and they have to keep upping his "human capabilities" to absurd levels to allow him to survive. you've got it backwards, any time bruce and slade square off... they tone down deathstroke. even bats with prep time is not good for 2/10. this video is about them fighting 1 on 1, if bruce is hitting slade, it's because slade is letting him... or someone isn't writing deathstroke properly
@horizonwriter obviously i would. slade has completely wrecked bruce in the comics without even trying. deathstroke is smarter, faster, more durable, has a healing factor, super strong... it's no contest. you just gave the exact reason batman would ever have a chance... it's his game/comic/movie/whatever. plot armor, that's it. same thing with bats vs supes.
@Oogazi PC's aren't just for gaming, so you can throw the price comparison right out the window. as for minor difference... lol what? hardly any games for 360 or ps3 run at 1080p without being upscaled from something less than even 720p, and they generally run at around 30fps. never mind any other quality settings like AA, AF... PC settings for the same title generally have to be set to medium at best to mimic the look of their console counterpart.
the only thing consoles have going for them is that they are gaming machines, which means they are optimized a lot better since it's all the same hardware every single time. developers don't have to worry about millions of different combinations a pc can have. that being said, i'm looking for the next generation of consoles, because that will just mean even better graphics for pc games.
catch 22? they won't remake ff7 until they surpass the original in quality and sales, yet a remake of ff7 perhaps may be the only thing that could surpass the original in terms of quality and sales.
@navair2 don't you think that's how it is with a lot of oppressed groups? by being proud and vocal about who you are because of the fact that you are oppressed for who you are? i think if there weren't so many "homophobes" and racists being so vocal, then "minorities" wouldn't have a reason to be so outspoken. also: homophobia, noun, unreasoning fear of or antipathy toward homosexuals and homosexuality. so, uh... i think homophobia is exactly the right word to use.
