What idiot came up with the idea of putting a touchpad on a gaming controller? Buttons are and always will be better than touch - especially when it comes to gaming. Good for me I was gonna buy the Xbox One anyway.
@Mkeegs79 @NightLord47 I'm not saying it's not realistic - it is. I just think Robs character is too great a sacrifie for that realism. And not only did HE die but his mother, wife and unborn child as well. All that just to shock the viewers. It's overkill.
@Tyradrien @NightLord47 I was thinking more in terms of character development. I feel Robs character didn't get the proper ending it deserved. He goes from being one of many Stark pups to a great leader, then dies like a wounded animal, crying for his mother...It just didn't feel like a worthy ending for such a strong character. As for the plot, Rob didn't need to die for the North to be unguarded. He could have been captured for example...becoming a vengeful, caged animal just waiting to be unleashed. Killing him instead just seems like a cheap gimmick to get a rise in the audience.
They're killing way to many of the protagonists i GoT. I love the element of surprise and knowing that no character is safe but this is just crazy! If at least Rob had gotten the chance to fight back he could have died with some honer more suitable of his character - like in this film. Instead his last words are "mother" and then he dies like a little pup. It makes no sense and is of no satisfaction to the viewer. I agree with Ryderych; the writer seem to use plot twists without a larger goal in mind. I hope this will change.
