@Retroact1ve You have some interesting thoughts, although I do not entirely agree. I feel like the mobile market is growing and taking chunks of the console market as well as the PC market, and possibly more of the PC market, as you said, because of the relative pricing and technical difficulties involved with keeping up a PC. Even so, I think screen size and multiplayer capabilities are fairly important considerations, and consoles win that fight pretty much hands down. I'm a PC gamer primarily myself, but when I have a group of friends around, it's generally more convenient to use a console, and I think that is the main advantage consoles have that keeps them strong in the face of mobile gaming.
For me its just about game content- I have no use for giant statues, and I don't even really want artbooks or behind the scenes or anything like that. Maybe soundtracks, but otherwise, no.
@Rat_King I'm not sure exactly, it might have just been the time period- I like rome more. I just never really got into it. Wasn't a fan of the merchants and all that either. I did like Med I though, first I played of the series.
@Devils-DIVISION For the most part, this is true. It does fill a few gaps, but really that's nothing that people with any level of imagination and reasoning capability could not have done for themselves. People who complained will still be complaining. I must admit I did enjoy some of the extra narration at the end, but the best part of the ending is still before the raising of the platform. I never really minded the old endings though.
ME3 Extended cut was mixed for me. I haven't gone through all of it- just rewatched endings, so apparently there is more on Earth during the fighting that I missed. I think mostly that will be a good excuse for me to play through again once they release some more DLC for SP. I definitely want a full playthrough of all the content released in the right order without breaking the immersion, so I will probably hold out for the rest of the DLC.
