@KenshinXSlayer @MISTMAN77 You're most probably right there man, though I kind of reserve some hope that huge sales of the next-gen consoles will force the devs to have a bit of a rethink. But like I say; if it's only on on ps3 then I'll buy it nevertheless. Judging on the vidoes I've looked at it'll still look amazing.
Demon Souls and Dark Souls were/are great games. Punishing and unforgiving, but very rewarding to complete. Games nowadays lead you by the hand, and there's no real penalties for being sloppy or dying.
Platinumed Dark Souls and was by far the most rewarding of them all. I really hope that they will bring the new one onto Playstation 4. But if not I'll still buy it on ps3.
@vsprates That was a bit of an issue for me too, but I'll just keep my ps3 hooked up too, for when Darks Souls 2 etc come out. Though I understand that its the new OS that prevents us from playing ps3 games.
Battlefield 4 to keep me going until Destiny arrives (Hope thats as great as they think it will be) and then Dragon Age. Currently own a ps3, and even though my ps4 is due in a few days I'll still be getting Dark Souls 2 and Castlevania LOS2 when they come out. I wonder though; will the devs change their minds and release both on the new consoles? Maybe the huge sales in both can force a rethink
Have the ps4 pre-ordered, and due to get to me on Friday. I know that there haven't been really great launch titles from both systems, but as someone who has yet to play any of the Battlefield games I thought that I'd just go ahead. Couldn't stomach another yearly helping of COD, and hope that BF4 can provide much fun & entertainment.......providing my new system works of course!!
Just pre-ordered mine after debating which ps4 release title to opt for. Haven't played Battlefield yet, but no longer could stomach playing COD since MW2. Heard great reports on the multiplayer. Looks terrific on the ps4!
Watched the trailer about three times now. The game looks epic in every sense of the word. Loved the first one, which was my favourite game of the year, imo even better than GOW 3, which I also loved. I fully agree with some of the comments here; its was very underrated, and went under the radar of a lot of gamer friends of mine. Looking forward to its release, and will probably be my final "big game" before going next-gen....
@MasterBrief @kinglucifer21 It was Gabriel from LOS1. Was a member of the Brotherhood of Light on a quest to resurrect his true love using some kind of sacred mask. Upon battling a seemingly unstoppable demon (dlc) he took the decision to become a vampire to defeat it, which he did. And became Dracula in the process......
Can't wait for the new game. I loved the first one immensely. IMO was better than GOW3, and much bigger too. If you haven't played it already, and enjoy these type of games then I really recommend it.
