@Nighteg It's OK, nothing to write home about, but it takes the atmosphere from 10/10 to 11.

@lorider25 No, you give characters a lightning footstep trail; or you change the color of a spell from a soft blue to gold. you don't actually change the characters themselves.

@LordCrash88 @altairdarius You haven't played recently then, they added a bunch of story and the character's banter while they level up or go to different places adds depth to the world.

Is combat still crap?

@midnightsteel for some people the "lag" (for lack of a better word) means they can't play under 60.

Or you people could just play Planetside 2 while you wait, then while you're having fun you'll wounder why you liked Battlefield in the first place.

@krev23 @Leivve No Bad company 2 had full destruction all (or at least most) of the buildings and bridges, ect. then people were really confused as to why there wasn't as much in BF3, and that was their reply.

My guess is EA had something to do with it, that amount of destruction cost a LOT to do. (I'm sure the one building in siege of Shanghai was a good chunk of all the money that went into it.)

@krev23 Dice have said they wanted to step away from that after the disappointing lack of full scale destruction in the transition from BC2 to BF3.
