I have ME1 & 2, but life kept getting in the way and I never finished either of them. I've been looking forward to finally sitting down with them and then picking up ME3. Then I found out I can't get 3 on Steam (which is not a huge deal but annoys me because now all my games won't be in one place, die EA die). So I was all "arg." Then I started hearing about how no one likes the endings, and I was all, "uh oh...". And now I hear that there are plot holes that can only be filled with my dollar bills and I'm like, maybe I don't want to get involved. This sounds like when you meet someone who *seems* awesome, but who trips all these red flags which you willfully ignore only to be faced with the cold light of disappointment when you finally realize that yes, this person really is kind of a douche and if you had just paid attention in the first place you could have avoided all the heartache and broken dinnerware.
