@istuffedsunny Beauty of Tekken is that any skilled player can shut down some buffoon who spent money on stats, that is under your assumption purchasing power is possible.

Incidentally, seems it's fun to assume every F2P game is automatically P2W, I guess..?

Hardcore player = Tekken Tag Tournament 2. Access to everything. Saves money.

Namco Bandai = Reaches a wider audience. Makes money.

@albatraum @Sam-os_IMP He also wouldn't be able to play any 3D fighter, or pretty much any fighter except maybe Street Fighter. Juggling is just what you do in fighting games these days.

@Dentalflossbush You must have a SSD in there or something, because you're the only person claiming that. The install speeds it up, but it's nowhere "flying". SC4&5: that's flying.

@pqwoei they most likely will be on disk, with the DLC as unlocks.

@jnw93 Compared to Tekken, the mentioned games have a much smaller fanbase. Among my friends and the fighting game scene here, I don't know anyone who plays DoA, and I know one person who plays VF (two if I count myself).

@PresidentDman TxSF isn't out. You're thinking about SFxT, which plays nothing at all like Tekken. Tekken 6 will be about 3 years old by September. TTT2 will be the obvious choice. Not seeing the "franchise fatigue" here when we haven't had a new console Tekken in 3 years. I think you meant to post in the Capcom section.
