worst game? i can understand why you wouldn't like the game but it definitely wasn't the worst game ever. Just look at the star trek game or ride to hell. those games are actually bad, bioshock is good maybe great depending on who you are.
... what? framerate differences isn't really the issue. the issue is optimizing games across all platforms to run glitch free and at the highest settings and resolution possible. PC's are optimized by the video card companies who have to work to make each game work over a wide spectrum of cards. on console it's in the game developers charge to insure the quality of the game. they know the specs of the system and can better craft the game to run at higher more demanding settings with the limited system. The steam OS and steam boxes are a step in the right direction to create a more uniform system for developers to make pc games on.
