U.S. 60 gig works fine with mgs 1,2 and 3. The only "noticeble issues" i found with mgs 1 on ps3 was how the graphics have aged over the years compared to the newer systems. But besides that everything's worked like a charm.
shooters are starting to get really really really old. Bioshock was the last one i actually enjoyed because it offered something a little different. Call of duty 4 and Halo are overrated in my book. I'm just sick of the same shooter formula over and over again.
searched the box for component cables and then promptly returned to my local best buy to buy some after i saw how the graphics looked when i hooked it up to my tv with the included composite cables. after that, i've been enjoying it more than my 360 ever since.
Halo is a good game, but to me its just another shooter in a VERY long line a shooters that keep showing up on the 360. I think Bioshock hands down should be game of the year, something totatlly different and original for once. Game developers need to come up with some more original ideas instead of just recycles the same old formula from previous games.
