This site claims the game is authentic, (which is synonymous with reatistic BTW, no one thought the game was supposed to be real) but Goodrich claims that excludes injuries because it's a game and injury isn't fun... A lazy excuse for a poorly chosen buzzword.
@JamesP83 Tom sounded like a broken record? Well, I suppose he did keep asking the same question since he never really got an answer to it. Although all that dodging by Goodman sounded a lot like "we couldn't think of anything else."
@dogman7 Is that the only alternative to regenerating health and respawning at checkpoints with no other consequences? (Answer: no.) It sounds like you're putting words in his mouth.
@aryeec Why? Two sets are better than one. I wish they had made several different models for each weapon and armor set. They had multiple fur and steel armor sets, but I think that's it. I haven't found any good mods that add that kind of variety. I need to learn to make my own I guess.
Summonable gargoyle is freaking awesome, as is teleport. And Dragonbone weapons. Don't know why they left those out of the base game. I hope they added a way to become a werewolf via infection like you do with (regular) vampires, but I think they would have mentioned that.
I applied for the beta, wondering how many people will get in. I think I have a good chance with 150+ hours played between 3 pretty diverse characters, but wha knows how many codes they're giving out. I'll buy it for PC either way.
@NeilCardiff Obviously you don't know about the Unofficial Patch on PC. I believe it was 3 people who made a patch that fixes several hundred bugs, misplaced objects, etc. while Bethesda releases a few patches that fix a dozen bugs each. Yes, they're working on it, but clearly they could be working a whole lot harder.
