I would upgrade the RAM from:

CORSAIR ValueSelect 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) Desktop Memory - Retail

to:

CORSAIR XMS2 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 675 (PC2 5400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model TWIN2X2048-5400c4 - Retail

or

CORSAIR XMS2 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 675 (PC2 5400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model TWIN2X2048-5400C4PT - Retail

depending on if you like black or platinum heatsinks.

They will run faster with lower latency (4-4-4-12) than the other RAM for only $4 more.   Better performance even if you don`t overclock.

Well, Intel is coming out with its 45nm CPU cores (smaller, faster, cooler, etc...) with some additional performance improvements...  And of course, prices will continue to fall...

Details on next gen processors:

Tigerdirect has cheaper prices than that

NCIX has better prices if you check their specials page instead of just searching for parts, and they will price match any posted price on the same part.  (I got a Canon S3-IS camera price matched to $300)  Also, for buyers outside of BC, you don`t have to pay PST.  You have to be careful with Digerdirect... after you add tax on the pre-rebate price and shipping, some of their great deals are not so good.
