I like killzone a lot, but less so since 2. I think they are going pretty heavily into being on your own as well as the controls have less "weight" to them which used to make me feel like I was really there wearing the armor, and they are really separating themselves with the gritty colorscheme which is the number one reason I loved killzone. Last gen there was no question if I would buy killzone or not, this gen... I'll wait for the reviews.

@djpetitte No, it's almost 90% of the people who log into battlelog play it for the mp. Since battlelog is a MP stats and community forum website, that's expected.

@santinegrete EA gave the engine to a separate studio so that they could continually improve it while the game devs were focusing on the actual games.

I'm excited for the next 5 years or so. Game development takes a long time, and it's only been recently that there's been a large outcry of how games are degrading quickly... how there are no real surivor horror games, tactical shooters like the original GR or rainbow 6, and so on. Devs are starting new IP's to get back into that market because they themselves like to play these kinds of games. I hope to see games like this one as well as takedown and ground branch as well as a lot of new IP's taking (at least some) games back to the level they were at when I started gaming. Back to the type of games that got me into gaming. It's been over a year since the last time I bought a game, and months since I rented something I actually wanted to play. There are just no games that appeal to me anymore considering it was resident evil, operation flashpoint, ghost recon and rainbow 6 that got me into gaming.

I don't know about everyone else, but I am for sure not buying xbox next gen. All PS4 has to do now to get my support is not commit suicide by doing something this stupid, and even then I will just switch to PC gaming. I don't know what they're trying to do with the next xbox, but so far it's off to a pathetic start. They should stop taking advise from EA's public relations team.

@analogjunkie24 The thing I like about kojima is, he knows who his fans are, and he always makes them happy. To hell with the haters and attracting people who don't like this type of game, he makes the game for his fans and no one else.

@analogjunkie24 I can't see how anyone enjoys COD or any one of the thousands of games that follow in it's footsteps. It just seems so shallow and stupid... but other people can play whatever they want. Personally, I loved MGS4 and didn't mind the cutscenes because there is actually a huge amount of gameplay there... 75 to 25 is like saying every cod campaign is 5 minutes long of fireworks and extraction helicopters going down. Just ignorant.

@MidNightStrikes Yea probably, but only because you seem to be biologically allergic to it.

Finally an episode of falling in love with lara with a happy ending. If you watch closely at 7:14 you can actually see the moment when Johnny's state of mental health shatters.
