I will say that this game is worth way more than a 7.5 as most gamespotters would agree... the xbox version has an 8.6 and the ps3 version has a 9.3 from the users. It has an intense, fun, varied, and challenging single player with plenty of challenges and things to unlock even for MP. The guerrilla mode is a cool non stealth variant of the gameplay that is highly addictive and the MP is simply inspired and shows the TLC the dev team put into it.

My favorite thing about the sp is what you do has an effect on the outcome. If you can keep the stealth aspect you might be required to egress from the mission by making your way to the beach, if you alert the enemies you might get a helo to try to land on you but gets shot down and forces you to go to a secondary extraction point while being hunted by a helo, and if you manage to take the helo down before extraction the game will end with an on rails shoot em up as you fly out of the zone. When playing coop I watched as missions not only played out but ENDED differently depending on how we progressed through them.

Personally I think it's an amazing game, but putting my own bias aside I cannot comprehend how they have it a 7.5. They simply undervalued a game that is worth much more than that.

Does anyone notice that all of these rant articles have pretty much the same thing in common lately? That game companies are turning gaming into a enterprise not by actually coming out with better products but by deceiving and manipulating their audiences? Almost every franchise has huge amounts of angry fans now, there used to be SOME, but now it feels like the majority of games have a huge hate following for what most if not all of their favorite games are doing. The game companies are not making games for gamers anymore, they are making them for their shareholders.
