Actually, both D Souls games have more in common with WRPGs than JRPGs, thus making D Souls closer to WRPG genre, since location does not have any bearing on the genre classification. (You should seriously read up on the history of JRPGs and WRPGs so you understand this better). On the contrary though, D Souls has more in common with Dungeons & Dragons (WRPG) than Final Fantasy and Xenogears.

You say that story is motivation to finish a game, so I guess nobody plays Tetris or Angry Birds or Gran Turismo or Pacman.

D Souls has plenty of story. They're just not told in 30 minute cutscenes. If you learn what story is then you will realize that D Souls has plenty of story. I think the problem is that casual gamers these days are so used to games these days with more emphasis on story than gameplay. You act as if a game needs more cutscenes than gameplay to be considered as having a story, like with MGS4.

Demon's Souls and Dark Souls are amazing games. Most "gamers" have no clue how to interpret a story, so they say the games have none. Typical morons, nothing more.

the reason why I play video games is because it's fun and relaxing. especially sitting down with a bunch of friends and having a good time. But there's always that one friend or should I say a friend of a friend who just can't stand losing and will make up any excuse as to why you won, i.e controller doesn't work, buttons are sticky, etc....I just can't stand playing against someone who is a sore loser. I lose sometimes too and I laugh about it. Why can't other people? I call them party poopers.

Currently holding about a 50 average on Metacritic, the recent revelation that Gearbox outsourced the single player component to another developer didn't instill much confidence.

And people hate on Dead Space 3......Gamers are morons this generation, and more than likely have been for quite sometime, myself excluded of course. Dead Space 3 is an amazingly polished game with good solid gameplay and story and people talk **** like it's a bad game. THIS IS A BAD GAME........TO ALL YOU MORONS THAT HATE ON DS3!

As long as it's near perfect when it finally arrives, who gives a **** how long it took to develop? It will be an instant classic and the development time won't make any difference at that point, so long as it's a true gem.

And I will be perfectly content paying $500 for the top tier model with some amazing launch games, I'm already sold and so are my friends. Just look at The Last of Us, SONY has some amazing games that are on the way for PS4.
