@shakensparco I've been playing sense Daggerfall, and I have to agree with that. Granted, don't get me wrong, imo Skyrim and Oblivion are leaps and bounds better than Morrowind. But Morrowind had a great sense of scope and independence. I mean yes, with you being the Neravine, the world would have ended without you. But it wasn't always thrown in your face like it is in Oblivion and Skyrim. They care way more about who you are than they did in Morrowind. In Morrowind you could save someone's entire family and they more or less are like, "Whatever, thanks I guess." But in Skyrim they are giving you free stuff, letting you live in their house and complementing you every time they talk to you.

@Geosisnl Evolution of games. Games change over time (mostly because there are less and less of us older gamers and we are being replaced by the younger generations) to meet the new standards of the gamers. Everything goes though this rate of change. Look at movies. Movies now are nothing like they were fifteen years ago. TV is another good example. Nothing that can stand the test of time ever stays the same. Things will always change.

@s2i2p2i2o I'm going to disagree with that statement entirely. We have embassy's for many countries within ours and those embassy's are protected by their troops. Foreign military personnel on our soil. We have embassy's in other countries as well. Other times we have troops stationed somewhere is on military bases but those have been sanctioned by the governments of the countries that they are in (like Japan and South Korea). As far as anything more than that, it's usually during war time.

I think in the game though they are referring more to the spies we have in other countries, which is another story entirely, but we're not the only country with spies. I'm not a conspiracy theorist by any stretch of the imagination... But that's exactly what a spy is. An agent of secrecy. Just because you don't know about them doesn't mean they are not out there. Their entire job is about being kept a secret, if they are ever found out they are usually killed. So if they are good at their job we don't know about them. I would put lots of money down that we DO in fact have spies from other countries in our own. A good example, is the 007 stuff. James Bond (originally) was a character made based of real information of an actual English spy during WW II.

@Vince21C 1UP, Game Informer, GameSpot, and IGN all gave it mediocre reviews. Hell Edge only gave it a 7/10.All of them stated similar things along the lines of, "It would have been a great action game, but a sloppy Survival Horror game"

@de-ci23 If they are so biased why does Uncharted get such fantastic scores? Why was Metal Gear Solid 4 one of the 8 games in Gamespot HISTORY to receive a 10? I'd bet you haven't even played this game, yet you think you can decide what score it should have. So who's really the biased one?

@jsmoke03 "The campaign is well paced and often challenging, and although some forerunner areas flirt with repetition, the whole endeavor is exciting." That does NOT sound like "single player campaign is a bit repetitive" And they incorporated elements from "modern shooters" they did not specify CoD OR is it "marked down" as you can clearly see in the written review was not marked as a bad thing. The only negative thing they had to say about this game was that spartan ops was too fleeting. So it was a bit too short. Just because CoD got a low score and you don't like that you shouldn't come say Halo doesn't deserve it's score.
