@nocoolnamejim Hey, so...you said that she questioned The Last of Us for being sexist? Didn't Tom McShae do that review? What are you referring to if not the review?

Hey Johnny, I just wanted to say that I couldn't agree with you more. I personally don't understand the need for people to attack the person just because they disagree with their opinion. This is not just what's wrong with gaming, but a big problem in the world in general. People need to learn that anonymity does not give you free reign to be a dick, and that basic human courtesy should be maintained by default. I actually find it funny that you thank the people that weren't being jerks, since that should be expected, and not something to be rewarded for. Anyways...I love this show and I would hate to see it go, but I understand that you gotta do what you gotta do. Good luck, and thanks for saying what most of us were thinking.

@001011000101101 Well, not necessarily. Since games are being more accepted as an art, people will start to look at things such as the overlying theme and the messages that are being sent. Complaining about too much violence in a Rambo movie would be stupid...but it would be a far stretch calling those movies "art".

@scousetorr92 Different times. We expect a lot more from games these days. If a game like GTA 4 was released today, it would not get a 10.

@presidentperez I prefer a reviewer that's overly-critical, rather than one that's forgiving. I'm sure you've experienced a friend tell you that a movie is "amazing" only to be gravely disappointed when finally seeing it. I would rather be pleasantly surprised by a game, rather than disappointed.

@Manny_Calevera Well said! However, do you think that she was justified in making those comments? You know...since you're a girl and all.

@berserker66666 It has everything to do with the game! If a game makes a particular group of players feel uncomfortable, then it affects their enjoyment.

So, you all are bitching because she subtracted 1 WHOLE point because of misogyny, and yet at the same time you guys are discrediting her entire career because of ONE review. That, my friends is the definition of hypocrisy.

@bottaboomstick @Allicrombie @5cott Well, aren't games supposed to be personal and immersive? I think that's a big part of it. If it was a game where 3 women constantly belittle men, wouldn't that have made you enjoy it SLIGHTLY less, despite the amazing gameplay and graphics and story?
