Why is it that the things being spoken in these tumblr gifs never match the text? You can clearly see she's not saying the full sentence.

She is, she's just not opening her mouth very wide when saying it. But yeah, Tumblr gifs are terrible with that.

All I'm saying is you can't quickscope 360 headshot dudes from across the map in ArmA, so why even bother?

But seriously, the game does look nice. OP just has a shitty rig, or has the graphics options turned WAY the hell down.

We've seen...at least two massive site overhauls since the last time the Union system was updated. I'd love to know why that is the case.
