The strongest argument for gun ownership has always been the right for people to own property freely. That crime is higher doesn't make it wrong for people to own weapons, and that it is lower likewise doesn't make it right.

Edit: And studies can and will be all over the place on any politicized topic. America's bigger problem is likely the class and cultural warfare that we experience as opposed to more unified countries.

Abortion is morally and intellectually untenable unless it's to save the life of the mother. That said, there needs to be more compassion for people facing that decision and help for them with whatever choice they make.

Intolerance is a two way street. Sucks for the bakery, but that's what happens when people cannot abide with someone not always agreeing with them.

The actions of the homosexuals who drove them out of business are deplorable. It must have been a remarkably asinine and petty assembly of people who managed to do this.

GPU needs to be upgraded, but the one you have should run things on decent settings.

You could have done a lot worse for gaming, and you should enjoy it for a while, but a $200 GPU upgrade would provide a nice boost in preparation of the graphics bump games will take when the new consoles launch.

Birthers won't care because he's idealogically aligned with them. The press will of course insinuate whatever crap they can to smear any GOP candidates (particularly ones that seem like strong contenders or that are too libertarian for either side and their corporate backers to tolerate). I don't particularly care either way. Cruz would probably be far preferable than anyone else the GOP or Dems would put forward, but who knows, maybe someone better would run.

The last protest had over two thousand people alone.
