Exit should be great starting game, as well as LocoRoco.

I think the best RPG available for the PSP right now is Tales of Eternia. It's not GREAT, but it's a very good old school console RPG. There are some other worthy titles, but the majority of PSP RPGs are not very enjoyable, in my opinion. That is the problem with PSP that I want solved badly.

Well, tastes differ. It seems I happened to overlook all these shortcomings you mentioned.

Oh, and for your questions:

Rival Swords lasts about 8-10 hours, Revelations a bit longer I think, something like 10-12, although it depends on the dificulty level you play on. Considering replayability they're both pretty good, having some collectible secrets and unlockables, but I think Revelations is a bit better here as well with its secret weapons and two endings.

I was disappointed by Rival Swords' story, that's why I rate it a bit lower than Revelations. Apart from that fact, they're both great games. It's just that Revelations has really intense story and dark atmosphere, to which Rival Swords doesn't quite live up. Although it's just my opinion.

And besides, for story to matter something in the first place, you should play the first game of the series, the Sands of Time. Sadly, it was never released on PSP.

Of course, just get a USB cable. This way is a lot faster.

Depends on how you convert/compress them. I would say about 300 mb for a normal quality, 500 for high quality.

It's a pretty good game, but I would advise you to get Revelations first. It's a great game, besides its story is set prior to the events of Rival Swords.

There is no point in changing the name of the file, as when viewed in Windows, psp save file consists of several different files with meaningless names... Well, I have already said bye-bye to my game progress, I just don't want something like that to happen again when I'll start the game over.

I was playing Revelations Persona, a PSone game, for about a week, and had one save file. One day I start the game and see that there is no "Load Game" option in the main menu, as if I had never saved. Well, I quit the game and go to the save data manager. The save file is there, but instead of being a Persona game save it is some "Hot Shots Golf 2" gamesave . And I have never played this game in my life!

I have absolutely no idea how could something like that happen. Maybe someone also encountered this? Is there a way to convert it back?
