2 days ago i bought a PsP and my pc wont recognize my ms pro duo it did the first time,i have a 512 mb one

can anyone help my:question:.

hmm, well here are some thing you can try:

-different usb port

-different computer

-different cable

-make sure the psp is in usb mode

-remove and reinsert the ms into the psp

-try the ms in a card reader instead of the psp

If none of those solve the problem then you can reformat the card using the psp. However this will erase all data on the ms.

We may be able to help you out better if you can explain in detail what you did with the computer before this problem occurred, and whether there are any error messages. Also if you could explain what happens when you connect the psp to the computer.

I think its because its not in USB mode. Try it on the options settings you cant miss it

the thing is i conect the stick directly into the pc and nothing happens this didnt happen the first time cuz i could put music in it and pictures .:?

Well this has supposedly worked for some people before.

Insert the ms into your card reader while the computer is on. With the ms still inserted turn off the computer; turn on the computer.

Once the computer has started up check "my computer" to see whether your ms is listed as a removable disk or not.

Of course, just get a USB cable. This way is a lot faster.
