@TheAgingGamer Because if they packaged the Eye then their price would be very close to the XboxOne's price. Originally it was packed in, but they got some idea of what the X1 would be priced at and removed it.
@bunchanumbers Sadly I think the Kinect is too integrated into the hardware for that to work. But hey, if you want to spend less money, don't buy it day one. Easy as that.
@blown503 You forgot Ubisoft. Why is that when it comes to DRM and Online Passes people forget the evilest company of all? They've finally stopped with the DRM, but it used to be horrible.
@Busta @outlawoftorn @Foleman I'm just stating the facts that we know. Sony only talked about their own F2P games not requiring PS+, not games from other companies. Until they confirm it, you can't be sure one way or the other.
@gaz7391 Actually I would assume the PS4 will allow you to install a game completely to the hard drive and you'd only need the disc for booting purposes like the 360.
@ollie2000000 Yes PC is free, but you're at the mercy of the publishers for the quality of the servers. I can't speak of how PS4 will be, but on Xbox 360 you could expect many games to at least have stable servers, regardless of the quality of the game in some cases.
Also by having someone else maintain the servers for you, the publisher could add online features to a game that might not get a lot of online users or they can keep the servers running even when it wouldn't normally be profitable otherwise.
