Good review, as usual (Kevin). Nice game - hardly revolutionary. My daughter (8) loved it and the family would generally sit happily entranced by the attractive visuals and mellow ambiance. Non-gamers found it interesting, albeit briefly. Recommended for a change of pace.

Looks the same as the PS3 version, however. We wouldn't want to think that PS4 games (or X1) are just re-released with new branding and a lick of spit, would we?

@leikeylosh @Crowgasm888 Hmmm, I sense disingenuous intent.

@zeca04 You know, you're right. I won't make any more sarcastic, sardonic, tongue-in-cheek console-vs-PC remarks. I do stand by the car key remark, however. It has a bigger HD :)

God this is so disappointing. I'd pre-ordered 14 PS4s and 14 copies of this game so I could play it in every room of the house (4 bathrooms!) - Now cancelling those pre-orders, which is taking a while. Still, now I can afford that low-end PC my wife wanted. You know, for higher resolutions and better graphics.

Bah, my car key is more advanced than these new consoles. Almost as much disc space too. Back to ARMA!

@JusticeCovert @Crowgasm888 Well, you might be able to watch it 'just fine' - I can too. But the video isn't running at 60fps. Not even close. The game might, of course. The point was it isn't such good sense to advertise a thing as such when the ad can't convey the product and in fact makes it look worse as a result.

Anyway, the game itself does look (generally) good and I may well pick it up. Too many hours logged in Forza 4 ... which looks like a 2001 PC game, but is a great game. ;)

Not smart to post a '60fps' video of game content when the video is very obviously much lower than 60fps. Even if that's just because it's optimized for the web.

Looks like a 2005 PC game. :)

@LeviN59 It appears to me that a game scoring '7' falls rather comfortably into the '7' group, perhaps more comfortably even than a game that scores '7.5'. A game scoring '8', however, is in the 8 group and not the 7 group. The '8' score is '1' too big to be in the '7' group, but '1' too small to be in the '9' group. Obviously, when we're talking about the '9' group, things get more complicated and entirely more serious. The '9' scoring game is at least '2' points outside the '7' group and is, correspondingly ... larger. The '9' group remains dwarfed by the '10' group, still, by as much as 90%. The '10' is really the significant group and remains well ahead of the '7', by as much as '3'. We may even refer to this as the 'largest' scoring group.

Good GOD! How do you people make it through the day?!

@GreySeven Amen! Do away with scores entirely! This comment wins the thread.
