Title says it all. Which games were you hesitant about buying because you weren't sure you'd like the game, but that you ended up loving?

A few of mine:

  • Fire Emblem Three Houses - I was turned off by the art style and the JRPG vibes I got from it. However, I now have 200+ hours in it, so it clearly struck a good tone with me.
  • Resident Evil 2 and 3 Remakes - I'm pretty bad with horror games. Most of the ones I try, I end up dropping. However, I've beat both of these games (RE2 multiple times).

  • Pretty much anything by Naughty Dog. I couldn't get into Uncharted 1 or 2. I did beat The Last of Us, and thought it was okay but a bit overrated. I haven't played TLOU2, so I can't comment on that.
  • Zelda - I've tried multiple zelda games (OOT and BOTW) and couldn't bring myself to play either one for more than 10 hours.
  • Animal Crossing - I've tried New Leaf and New Horizons. Dropped both after about 15 hours, which I don't consider great for games like these.

Hi Everyone,

Do people think the PC multiplayer community for Mass Effect: Andromeda will last for a while?

If I got the game, I could get it on PC or PS4 Pro (I own an Xbox One as well but won't go with that version). I'd prefer PC since I could run the SP at a steady 60+ FPS, but I did love the Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer, and feel that PS4 MP might have a stronger community in the long run.

Can anyone (particularly someone who played ME3 MP on PC) comment? To be honest, I usually stick to single player games on PC, and haven't played many MP PC games, so I'm pretty clueless in this area.

I'm looking for people on Xbox One to play with in Titanfall 2 and Modern Warfare: Remastered! I also have Battlefield 1 and will be on that from time to time, but I'm more focused on finding teammates for the first two games.

Feel free to add me: o Boston o

I recently got an Xbox One S and sold my Xbox One. Since my preview registration was tied to that console, I'm no longer in the preview program.

Would someone please send me an invite? GT: o Boston o

Thanks in advance!

The ultimate problem with a Microsoft console is Microsoft seems to think of games on both Xbox and PC as being "exclusive" in competition against Sony (in other words, Microsoft believes in console exclusives)...which is fine when you're trying to cater to people who don't game on PC or don't have a strong enough rig. However, it's not a benefit to people who game on both console and PC.

Out of my close friends/family:

6 own Xbones

5 own PS4s.

2 own both.

I don't know anyone personally aside from myself who owns a Wii U.
