I'm not exactly a hardcore feminist or anything but yes, that outfit is full on moronic. I'm seeing a lot of comments to the effect of "It's just sex. Whats with the moralizing!?" We aren't moralizing. We are simply pointing out how pathetic it is to give a female character in your game a ridiculously impractical outfit for the purpose of giving basement virgins something to jerk off to.
@jark888 There are advantages and disadvantages to lax gun control laws. While it is indeed true that in a lot of cases gun crime goes up wiit heavily armed societies, other crime tends to go down. Overall violent crime is actually lower in the US than the UK by a substantial margin. There's also less property crime. I don't look down on the rest of the world for enacting tough gun laws. I just think the US model of a heavily armed society works well for us.
I'm both a recreational shooter and a gamer. I knew the second I heard that the Connecticut shooter was some 20 year old douchebag that both of my hobbies were about to get molested.
Saying that there are alot of places to go with Mass Effect is a lie. The problem is they upturned the entire setting in the last five minutes of ME3, you can't really carry on after the events of that game. The only options they have are to make a stupid prequel or set events so far after ME3 that the silly universe altering space magic choice is invalidated.
I wonder if the hypocracy of this article is lost on the author. I guess Laura Parker. So she's saying it would be wrong for a company to change its product over customer requests because its their product or "art" (that happens to exist only because its mass produced and sold but whatever). Its apparently lost on her that she's essentially doing the same damn thing, telling the company it HAS to ignore its fans. If its truly their "art" then they can do whatever damn thing they want with it, including change it.
Games great. It had a bit of a jump the shark moment in priority:Citadel but still great. I don't get peoples call that its dumbed down. It feels like there's more talking and cutscenes than ever. Is it the fact that you can turn that off in the optiony that's making people mad? Oh no, somebody might play the game a different way from you! The inhumanity! They seemed to go out if their way to address complaints that it was dumbed down. I mean they didn't add that horrible clunky ME1 inventory I guess. You know the one where you picked through a thousand guns that were just reskins of the same two gun models all with crappy generic names like phantom and hurricane. I think I can live with that change. The gay content was fine here, and this coming from an evil conservative. (I know. Take this moment to boo and hiss. No go ahead) The Cortez guy seemed like a good fellow and I was happy to make him my friend. Unlike Dragon Age he doesn't try to jump my Shepard bones then gets mad when I turn him down. You have to initiate the gay lovins.
