@instigator81 It actually is a MUCH faster and cleaner version of Windows 7. You can effectively hide the Start Menu if you dont like it. I find it is perfect for gaming boxes as it keeps startup small. I would not go by what the press says...half of them write on Macs. ;)

They are probably counting the masses of people who left this game once they realized it was a piece of dung hanging of a dead horse's ass. The 100k users are the dumb asses that still dont realize the above yet or are the reason it sucks.

@DarthLod Come in with an open mind. You would be surprised how much bull crap that the press creates when its paid by competitors. I have all three last gen consoles, I am looking forward to see what they all come with. If Microsoft does require internet access to play, that will be sad, but dont be stunned if Playstation does not go that route in the end also.

I played the original game and I thought it was fun with a group of friends. I dont see much different in this game to garner such venom. Yep the combat can be a bit monotonous and I would recommend this game when it is discount but I like sometimes hacking zombies after a long day of dealing with real people. ;)

BTW is it me or are the British reviewers a tad more grumpy than the American GS reviewers?

@Breyant I don't follow games from Japan so know. OK now I am even more concerned. Who names games there and what drug are they on? ;)
