it's a wanna be sci-fi shooter that didn't sell much cause there is so many better sci-fi games out there

there are so many other great games that I could play and will play instead of Halo I have played Halo and just didn't really like it not saying it is a bad game just not has great has people are claiming it to be
Ask me that question and all you will get is a link to all the games ever made with Halo and a whole lot of other lackluster FPS's struck out along with most Bli****d games...Then I will just punctuate that with a wan grin.

1 Like Planetside 2 hands down. Unless you're a mindless run n' gun CoD fanboy, then stay away bc there's too much strategy involved and we don't need someone saying the game sucks because they don't know how to play it.

@r_ruiz6047 Lol. 100 vs 100? That's quite conservative, you know? Servers, as they are right now, can handle up to 2000 players at once. I've had fights with at least 40 players from each faction duking it out for control of a single Bio Lab and seen 15+ tank battallions marching relentlessly towards enemy territory; pretty epic stuff.
@aj_marquez I meant 1000 vs 1000 and your right, "pretty epic stuff". I love the night battles, the tracers are very very warlike. Looks amazing.
3 Like I actually found all these games more exciting than halo 4 LOL! Halo 4 kinda gets boring fast for me... Even the campaign was just so redundant. Same enemies and basically the same shit over and over.
1 Like I'm pretty sure I lost a few brain cells watching this video. Not to be a troll or anything, but I don't see the appeal of Halo. I have played mostly every Halo game released except for the RTS one and it just feels bland.

@DarthLod You must not have a 360. Course Halo is fun once you get into it. It's all about teamwork and strategy if your allies aren't idiots. Borderlands is fun of course, but you can't always be shooting at AIs all the time... Oh wait, you still have a few buddies to circle jerk with!

2 Like @laser00 Agreed. Hell, even the original Tribes, circa 1998, was more fun and 'innovative' than a good many of the FPS games released in the last decade. Sure, it was multiplayer-only, but that was hardly a detraction.

No mention of a game I'm still hooked on - Borderlands 2. Why do I need to play halo when I can summon a killer robot and fill a whole area with bouncing ammunition, go skiff jousting with my friends or randomly duelling on the small pathways in the eridium blight volcano. good times.
I have no time, patience, desire nor money for yet another halo game. {If I want a jetpack based FPS I'll go hunting for a jetpack mod for unreal tournament 3[or UT2004], I seem to recall there was some halo weapon mods for that as well. Seems like the logical alternative to me.}
1 Like Tribes is far better than Halo. Once you get your first mid air blue plate special every other shooter seems like a slow stroll with your wife in the garden.

1 Like I lol'd at LBP Karting. I mean I'm a huge fan of the main games, but I knew that was going to flop. I was just thinking how dumb it was that Sony didn't think Modnation Racers was good enough for a customizable kart racer, so they had to go ahead and make one with their more well-known franchise.
