Solid platformer, but not nearly as memorable as its 16-bit counterparts, and lacks the length too.
Lets face it, Yoshi's story is a kids game. I loved it as a kid. Perhaps you can defend that statement, but I think it lacks the depth of its previous Mario World installments, which offered more challenge, and felt mo... Read Full Review

A short, unimpressive game that fans of Yoshi's past adventures can easily skip.
After Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island, Nintendo wanted to add to the successful Mario spin-off: Yoshi. Unfortunately, the spiritual sequel to SNES classic turned out to be a pathetic attempt to make cash. With gr... Read Full Review

This game is very fun and silly, but it is a bit short and trying to find certain paths can be tricky.
I have enjoyed this game since I was small, but now I notice how short the game is and irritating finding certain paths can be. The game play is very fun and entertaining, and the worlds are proper for the plot. Even tho... Read Full Review

Yoshi's Story is an unexciting adventure that just doesn't follow in line with Nintendo's past titles.
The Good: Yoshi's look, and sound cute; music changes with life depletion; some of the levels are interesting The Bad: Platforming designs get old quick, and some of the decently fun ones are used only once or twice; ... Read Full Review

Yoshi's Story has satisfied me, although it might not be fair to compare it to Yoshi's Island.
My Sister has brought a new wii, and is starting to download vc games. Here is her first one: Yoshi's Story. Look out for the video review coming soon! I purchased Yoshi's Story on the day of it's release fearing the ... Read Full Review

A fun plarformer for all ages.
I have grown fond of this game over the years and would recommend it to anyone that still has an N64. The game is simple, like any 2D platformer should be, yet it offers a certain charm and fun-factor that makes it stand... Read Full Review
