New SC game w new characters and new, tweaked, and missing movesets. Great game, but cries for improvement in some areas

Though many people will not agree with me when I say this, this installment might be my favorite game in the franchise
In my opinion, Soul Calibur V is my favorite Soul Calibur to date. This is a bold statement to make seeing how addicting and fun the Soul Calibur games are but I will stand by my opinion. Most likely many people will say... Read Full Review

The gameplay is fun, but leaves you feeling like it was little more than a quick cash in on the Soul Calibur name.

A good fighting game, however, a step back and a limited gameplay compared to Soul Calibur 4
What the hell have they done at Namco...? Soul Calibur 5 is not the Soul Calibur that fans of the serie are used to play. The elaborated and deep gameplay mechanic has been replaced by an easier, more straightforward... Read Full Review

Soul calibur 5 is the newset entry in the soul series. I have played soul calibur 1-5 and have enjoyed all of them. Im fan of the soul series over most fighting games because weapons are used instead of different punchin... Read Full Review

Hello fighting game fans! Now there has been a-lot of people calling SC5 a "street fighter clone" or "worst single player modes in the series" ect. So I decided to write a review to give potential customers an honest eva... Read Full Review

The souls went to an edge
It may feel like no time at all since the last Soulcalibur, but it's actually been about three years. So now would be the perfect time for a new game in the series, right? Well, despite boasting a range of new characters... Read Full Review
