Duke Nukem Forever isn't the sparkling gem people hoped it would be, but it sure isn't the disaster it's clamed to be.
----------The Good---------- Weapons feel powerful and are satisfying to use • The Single-Player campaign is a decent length • The immature humour is a hilarious guilty pleasure • Soundtrack is pretty cool • Jon St. Jon... Read Full Review

Marvellous adventure fps.
I used to play Duke 3D a lot. So when the first reviews of this game came I was a bit hesitant of what has happened to Duke. Well, I bought the game when I found it from a bargain bin. And playing it made me think that D... Read Full Review

Didn't like Forever, but like Duke Nukem? Get on this!
Duke Nukem: Forever was a game I knew wouldn't meet today's criteria for FPS games. A very out dated game, with ideas coming from everywhere for the gameplay, but falling flat on its face. It's key influence was clearl... Read Full Review

The fun Duke Nukem Forever does offer is sadly marred by a multitude of technical issues and dated visuals.
Duke Nukem Forever begins with Duke relieving himself at a urinal and while this is a metaphor in itself let's just push past that. When you get tired of holding R1 to continue "shooting" (and you will quickly) you move ... Read Full Review

Despite its shortcomings, this humorously cheesy, subpar, and outdated shooter is slightly enjoyable.
In a gaming world filled with a surplus of shooters, it takes a lot of effort for a game of that genre to stand out from the others. Duke Nukem Forever tends to stick with a more old-school style, which backfires and as ... Read Full Review

Not good........but not as bad as some would have you believe.
There are a couple of ways to look at this game: 1. You have high expectations and you payed a high price, 2. You have low expectations and you bought it dirt cheap. If you fall into category one you're not going to be ... Read Full Review

After 14 long years, Duke Nukem Forever treats us with mediocrity.
Duke Nukem is one of gaming's oldest and most recognizable icons. Known more for the groundbreaking Duke Nukem 3D, he is the ultimate symbol of every popular action star and American "Badassery". He's rude, he's crude, a... Read Full Review

A throwback to when games didn't take themselves to seriously I have played 3.5 rated games, and this ain't one of them!
Okay maybe this is an editorial more so than a review, but I have been playing games for the last 20+ years since the atari 2600, so I am as qualified to speak on Duke as some of these so called critics. First of all ... Read Full Review
