INCLUDING a PS4 pro or an Xbox One X? That's a $1,000. Not to mention the PS4 pro doesn't include a UHD player. That person is looking at another $100+.

PC has had SSAA for years now and from what I remember it works with the majority of games I've played when I used AMD video cards. There's also Nvidia DSR, AMD VSR, MLAA, FXAA, and Adaptive AA. There's more AA options you could force through the control panel. Those are the only ones I could name off the top of my head.
FXAA and MLAA work in most if not all games. You can force SSGAA through Nvidia inspector in some games. Also some games offer SSAA.
