I dont get how you compare to porn. Some animes do represent females well and again my point was anime does have a higher rate of female characters and in some of those shows they dont soly exist to screw. Porn soly exist to see people have sex and thats it. There no effort in character development or anything. Also your not always going to have some strong female lead. Sometimes you have the female who uses her sexuality to get what she wants or the kinda ditzy female and others. Thats cause those type of people do exist and it would be boring if every female was this super serious no play around character.

Except that the most recent death threats against her were proven, by GG, to originate from a reporter from Brazil with no GG affiliation and yet she has continued to decline to press charges against him.

AFAIK, all of her previous threats remain "unsolved" as I don't recall mention of arrests or any actual suspects.

She has no leg to stand on since she accused a group (i.e. gamers/GG) of being responsible, was subsequently proven wrong, and then chose not to pursue charges / apologize, in spite of her previous claims of being in fear for her life, and being prevented from speaking / censored.

Not showing support when you agree with the message causes the community to be filled only with comments like the ones from Clyde, leaving the impression that this is the community’s consensus on the issue because no one is commenting support for these efforts, only contempt.

As far as sexism, I don't see it in games, I see it on chat rooms and especially places like twitch streams. " and stuff I won't even write. Why no one is calling out those morons? I can't let my kids watch streams on that app because I'm of it. But what is even more messed up is there are women on there who encourage it...for again.. hits, and subs. I guess twitch gives money for subs... as they will tease these fools and the ruckus will continue. Half the time the girl is drunk and being a flat out narcissist.. "hey look at me" ughh

Jonathan is an idiot, but his point there is technically true (although a complete fantasy and thus rather pointless). To be censorship, there has to be a forced compliance. If the stores are voluntarily not selling something, that is not censorship.
