1. The GS list includes all games released on PC after this new gen started. It's too bad if PS4 or XBONE didn't get Crysis3. Crysis 3 came out a few months after the start of This Gen (wii U release). There is no reason they shouldn't "count".

There's something fundamentally wrong with the way you think. Someone points out previous death threats sent by consolites and you say the "few don't represent the masses". Then you continue to spread misinformed and highly skewed statements mocking the petition, even though it was signed by a thousand out of the millions of PC gamers - literally the best possible example of the statement you just made. Instead of responding with any sort of thinking, you just call the poster a "dumbass" and change the subject completely.
Also, your first post was "I thought PC gamers had so many games....why would this one matter. Oh right....b/c consoles have games that matter.....and not 5 indy games" The fact that your trying to mask an obvious attempt to "troll" as an innocent "Oh but I was just voicing my opinion. You're being mean" makes me laugh.
And then there's the hypocrisy, bringing us back to my claim that there's something fundamentally wrong with the way you think on these boards. Whenever someone points you out as an ignorant Sony drone or "troll" which, let's be honest, you are since I have never seen you generate meaningful discussion on these forums, you just say that they are immature and a child. You then skip on to the next thread an respond to any intelligent response you are met with, with phrases like "I feel you're upset", "you guys are afraid of me" and "thats cute".
If you're here to simply display your ignorance to the world without contributing at all to the betterment of the forums through discussion or content creation, then please, for the love of god, find a new hobby.
