40-50 minute fight against one enemy...this is why I don't play MMO's.

But there is another boss battle like that except that it takes longer, up to 3 hours or longer. It has 50,000,000HP. Good thing these are optional in ff12, otherwise I'd never finish. =P

Oh God I didn't even realise it was FF12, I thought it was 14. That makes it even worse, stupidly long boss fights suck.

Yeah, decided to wipe the dust off my ps2 and game and actually beat it. :P I didn't want my 70 hours to go to waste. Plus I'm aiming to beat 10 games this year.

Mhmm makes sense. English language tons of words for flattery. Only a few for shitty things like having to pay your respects(shitty in terms of context of why it's being done, not the act itself).

Finally "completed" the normal playthrough of Super Mario 3D World...still stars\flags\stamps to get to get on the Crown World but done every levels beside that :)

So what has everyone been up to since the only time I post now is when there is a new lounge to be made?

I remember when we used to go through 7.2k posts in 3 weeks. Now it barely gets us 963? Sheesh!

I still haven't hit 10k posts, I remember thinking how I would have gotten it by December 2012 at the rate I was going back in October 2012. That worked well.

...It's a lot of fun... And it's my first MMO and all...

I've actually got kind of a problem right now. Too many RPGs to play, and many of them being Square-Enix. Focusing on Final Fantasy XIV on consoles, and on Vita my focus is now finishing Final Fantasy IX. Once I beat that, then I'll move on. Fire Emblem: Awakening, Bravely Default, Final Fantasy Tactics, Final Fantasy XIII-2, Xenoblade Chronicles... and FFVI if I can get my hands on a GBA SP.

Such a problem.

That's terrible. My original 60GB PS3 died on my right before Uncharted 3 released. Are you planning to get a PS4 anytime soon? Or are you getting a replacement PS3?

And I am not an MMO player, really don't like the genre, especially subscription models. But the beta hooked me. FFXIV feels like a Final Fantasy and it's wonderful. The music, world, gameplay, it's just great.
