Sony Delays DriveClub PS+ Indefinitely

I dont think it sucks if you think about it. If you put out shit, dont expect to be rewarded or your company to stay open. I really disappointed with the studio and I enjoyed the past motorstorm games. Time for them to go though after this.

@AzatiS: Because I was actually looking forward to the game? I was looking forward to buying it? The bad reviews and the poor launch obviously put a stop to that. Even then, I wanted to at least give the PS+ version a go because it looks so fun.

Well killzone was the most bland shooter I have ever played and I just couldn't keep the console long enough to wait for drive club.

I'm a former sony fan boy pretty pissed off to see how far gone that company is.

But I am concerned of just how accepting the fan base is of this. Sony promises a PS+ edition which lured in consumers to purchase the PS4, offers no recourse for when not only that is missing, but the game itself is broken.

LOL!! No. I'm sure a lot of people are selling them now. I feel bad for the foolish gamers who bought the digital version. No PS+ version, no buy. By the time the PS+ version is released, Forza 6 and GT7 will be out and no one will even care about the game.

@scottpsfan14: not for sure. The game still sold decently, and Evo is right up there with Naughty Dog and Sucker Punch. I don't see them being so haste to close the studio, at least not this soon.

I just hope Evolution Studios brings us Motorstorm and forgets about Driveclub. Its a decent game, but not as unique as Motorstorm. The online, well I can't really speak for as it never works for me for long and I've kind of lost interest.

I would LOVE to see Sony have Evolution reboot the Jet Moto series, as well. Make it happen!

How did they have the manpower to create 3 complete racing games for PS3, yet they don't seem to have the manpower to create a racing game for PS4 that lacks half the content most racing games have.

@R4gn4r0k: No idea, if I recall correctly the original Motorstorm was the highest selling game that year, along with Resistance Fall of Man. Didnt it win a few awards as well? Very strange how well Evolution aunched on PS3 to how terrible they launched on PS4.

Yeah it's a real turn around, and not in a good way.

I mean did all of their resources go into graphics (and dynamic weather etc...) because of the new hardware ? Even then, compared to competition, it's disappointing.

Could be. We know for sure that that costs a lot of money these days. So it could be that they spent in their resources and manpower into the unfortunately wrong places :(
