Guess who's no.1 on Amazon and Gamestop best sellers March..

I used to think this would be the case for March seeing as how M$ is pushing Titanfall and its bundle with the marketing but after seeing the PS4 dominate the charts these past couple of days I'm not so sure about that anymore. PS4 is cleaning house on Amazon and Gamestop as we speak, and before any lems damage control the Amazon chart shows the best selling of March 2014....

On Amazon PS4 is the #1 Selling item while Titanfall bluray is #6 and the TF bundle is #14. While on Gamestop two PS4 bundles occupy the #1 and #2 spots respectively with the Titanfall bluray at #3. The Titanfall bundle is a distant #8 on Gamestop. It seems like the demand for PS4 is far higher than most of us thought. God help lems if PS4 outsells Xbone in March despite the amount of money and hype behind Titanfall lol.

Titanfall will sell VERY well, but most people who want who were willing to buy an Xflop for Titanfall already bought one before the sales tanked.

inFAMOUS Second Son is the only true blockbuster exclusive this month so Xflop really has no leverage.

Damn, Respawn must be pissed off as hell. How did they let EA screw them like this? They are probably looking at all those PS4 sales (and PS3 too) and thinking they could have been part of that. If a game like Knack can be a million seller and a game like KZSF with 1/10th the hype and marketing of Titanfall can sell 2.1 million as of Jan 15th imagine how much Titanfall would have sold this March on PS4.

Seems like the general masses didn't forgive M$ for their screw ups at E3. Not even Titanfall and giving the game away for free with the bundle is saving the Xbone. How did M$ go from dominating the US last gen to this? Books will be written about the epic fail that was M$ E3 2013.

Sales wars

It would be much easier to let the manufacturers worry about sales. That is what they get paid for. Trolls on the other hand seem to like to work for free. Go figure.

As a consumer I like to see the product I bought sell well. Large install bases tend to bring in more devs and exclusive content deals. The only time this wasn't the case was with the Wii but that's because the Wii was a POS and Nintendo was dumb as hell handling 3rd parties.

Hopefully cows will finally get a AAAE. All they have is sales :(

Lems don't have a AAAE either. Nope Titanfall is not an exclusive and Flopza 5 is a flop on metacritic and in the real world (I don't play SW meta game, it's for fools).

Lord, I can't wait until games actually come out for these two consoles. This is the same thread over and over again.

@I_can_haz: where did I say Titanfall is an exclusive? And Flopza is indeed a AAAE. 9.0. That's what it is no matter how much i disagree with that score.

It's a flop in the real world though therefore it's not AAA. It's a 79 on MC last time I checked and is generally considered worse than GT6 and Forza4. Sorry I don't play the SW meta game.

I cancelled my preorder after I played the beta... I think Titanfall is overhyped and will be overrated, I don't see it as a console seller lol. mainly because its coming out on the 360 and pc.

I like how quick cows are to right off the Xbox One. The PS3 was a trainwreck for the early years of it's life only turning it around half way through it's lifespan, and it became a big success with many great games, the Xbox One is still nowhere near that level and it's going to be fine.

Most people have computers that are stronger than the Xbone. No point in buying the Xbone for titanfall.

I also changed my mind about getting it day 1 on Origin after playing the beta. It was a cool beta but in the end it felt too much like COD despite cool mechs and parkour. I'll get it after they drop the price on Origin. I honestly don't know why lems were looking at Titanfall to save the Xbone from mediocre sales. I thought it was pretty obvious that the system selling capability of Titanfall would be hampered by the fact that it was also on PC and 360.

Titanfall is only fun for people who don't know they're killing bots.

Clever move on Respawn's part to trick mediocre players into thinking they're better than they really are.

true that. PS3's cell processor took a while to get used to, just like X1's ESRAM and DX 12. patience, cows are annoying and frustrating... just can't wait till they stfu about their updated PS3
