Last year was the same way, a lot of big games released in 2013 weren't revealed until 2013.

DKC: Tropical Freeze and Smash. X is supposedly a 2014 title, but I'm not getting my hopes up for a game that doesn't even have a name yet getting released this year.

@PurpleMan5000: X has never been touted as a 2014 title. That's just general speculation. If anything it's going to be a 2015 summer or fall title.

Well DKC got released, and my hopes on Smash are becoming less.

My word: If we don't get a release date by E3, it's not coming this year.

Persona Q, SSB, Mario Golf, and Kirby are good enough for me. Not 2013 level, but still pretty hot.

Which titles will make that happen?

I know FE Awakening, LoZ A Link Between Worlds, X/Y, AC New Leaf, and Luigi's Mansion DM made the 3DS win 2013…

3DS needs more good games to come anywhere near the Vita in 2013.

So, when should we expect the next handheld from Nintendo to be announced? E3 '15 unveil and a 2016 release would match DS > 3DS 5 year lifecycle or E3 '14 unveil and 2015 release. Which would would be inline with GBA>DS (4 years).

All im getting is Perona Q. Its the only way to use the P3 team witch I prefer over the P4 team.Im getting conception 2 for my vita.

You know I'm glad I'm not the only one who played it and thought that. The Falcom Defense Force were out in such a strong display of solidarity that I started to question my sanity at one point.

Hopefully some more games will be localized in addition to any that are announced later in the year. We did not find out SMTIV was being localized (in NA) until around April or May of last year if I recall correctly. Perhaps Majora's Mask 3D will be announced out of the blue as well.

Hopefully this means Nintendo is shifting a lot of focus towards WiiU. But I'm guessing probably not. If nintendo has taught anything these last few years its that there is zero reason for its fans to be optimistic about anything ever.

they need to focus on WiiU. as far as the superior handheld goes this gen 3DS pretty much has it in the palm of its hand. Pretty sure they have 3DS game announcements coming for this year
