Agreed! The yorknew city ark was really good! The chimera ant arc i have somewhat mixed feelings on , i enjoyed the character development in that arc with gon, i also loved how the chimera ant arc got deeper with the story, but the ant enemys in that arc were sometimes uneventful XDD

Yes!!!! this is the one I am looking forward to most...glad there's another season. :D

What's it about?

I kind of don't want to spoil any part of it, because I think it's best watched unspoiled in any capacity. But the long story short is, it's a science fiction story, a time travel story (probably the best instance of time travel I have seen across any media, to be honest, and I've followed a lot of science fiction stories), but it's one very uniquely focused on its characters.

That said, I do encourage you to check out these pages that back up my claim :P

Deadman Wonderland anyone?

Awesome anime! really enjoyed it, wish there was another season but don't think its going to happen anytime soon ~

I really enjoy Deadman Wonderland but the Manga flop in Japan and it's why there's only 12 anime episodes and there's no season 2 coming to fill that cop-out ending. You'll have to pick up the pace in the Manga to find out what happen after the anime.

@davillain-: man that sucks, wish they'd continue it~ haha! yea the ending was ok i guess, i just remember being really confused lol

@sapphiregod11: Yeah I too would wish they would continue the anime but nowadays, I just don't have time to read any mangas and I always prefer to watch the anime series then just reading them. If the manga flops, the anime also won't see any other episodes.

@davillain-: yea its a shame but that seems to happen to a lot of good anime i used to watch that end up not having another season, on a random note all the fillers in naruto could make up for all those anime haha XDD and same here, i barely read mangas or comic books, i used to be more of a visual person (watching the movies and anime) but now im going to try an read mangas and comic books more, i like the art style better in mangas though~

A Silent Voice is one of the best manga's I have ever read, I ended up completing it in 1 sitting with no breaks over the span of 5 hours, hope to god that the movie is as good as the manga.

Yeah I watched the anime first and then read the manga from the start because people said that they left out some pretty important characters from the manga. And they bloody did. They were good characters as well. So it sorta ruined the anime for me a little. Don't get me wrong its still really good but yeah they f'd that up plot-wise.

I've just started watching Naruto. You're so right about those fillers haha! I thought FairyTail was bad for that until I started this!

You should definitely start getting into manga :) I used to be the same but with falling in love with FairyTail and the last season ended I just couldn't wait for the next season to start. You should try Ajin: Demi-Human. Its away to get its first season soon i'm pretty sure but I thought the manga was a great read. Interesting concept.

@sanitysoldout: Haha! yea naruto defiantly takes the cake for most fillers XDD even so i still enjoy naruto, i just need a break from it lol and Speaking of fairy tale i should start watching that again~ O cool! yea i saw an episode a little while back of demi-human on netflix, i thinks its the same anime you're talking about, i might just read the manga instead of watching the show :D:D its just i have such a slow attention span when it comes to reading but i'm going to force myself to read it ~

when will be the next season Attack on Titans?

@charizard1605: Yeah, I've seen Steins; Gate. It's a drag in the beginning (first 13 episodes) but later on it picks up the pace. Wouldn't say it's the best anime I've ever watched but it surely was a great one.

@davillain- if you haven't already then start watching Joker Game and Shouwa Genroku Rakugo Shinjuu. These two are the best recent anime.

@sapphiregod11: Fairytail is great :D once you find some manga that you really like you'll probably get into it more.

What other anime do you like?

@summerhaze: I think it will come out in 2015 Fall or 2016.

Attack on Titan will probably be Fall 2016 or Winter at the latest though don't expect the same flashiness during season 2, the arc it covers is significantly more slower until the end with more focus on politics.

Speaking of seasonal anime...so far Re:zero is this season's Erased for me, absolutely fantastic. Glad I gave it a second chance. My Hero Academia has been decent but it is unacceptably too slow a pace for an anime that is based on a weekly manga where the author rarely takes a break. They are not even going to get to the school tournament games in this season...

Oh god that's a pretty long list to go mentioning them all haha.

I'd say I like the more gritty, darker animes. But if it's go really good laughs that's more of a bonus.

Black Lagoon, Death Note, Gantz, Pycho-Pass. Just finished Noragami, and the manga. It get's more interesting if you've not read onward from the anime ;) Deadman Wonderland obviously. Attack on Titan, Blue Exorcist, Elfen Lied. Just to name a few, But you get the idea!

@fueled-system: Very true. ATOT 2 I think will just be a great big build up to i'm guessing season 3.

There are still some notable/important things that happen though so it'll still be a good watch.

Got around to watching Blood C. Blood C is only good if your a fan of gore. Which I am. I only watch like the 3 episodes with the good gore scenes. And fast-forwarded though the rest and read a summary and the plot is stupid as hell. C can be entertaining because of mindless splatter you get all the time. The final episode has Brain dead levels of gores. And here I thought Attack on Titan had it bad when it comes to gore.

Overall, C is a hit or miss if you like the gore terror and shit like that. I haven't watch the movie yet but I probably won't watch it at all.

To the guy who asked above... AoT season 2 was confirmed recently for Spring 2017.

That is correct. IGN already confirm Attack on Titan returns spring 2017. Sounds good to me since I need to catch up the rest of my anime backlogs anyways and Spring 2017 will be here before you know it.

Star vs the forces of evel best anime.

One episode in and by far my favorite of the season for me is Mob Psycho. 91 days was great too if a bit generic but man this was entertaining from start to finish.

ReZero is also getting even better and Berserk is just....it's okay

So much flashing color.

i have to say i love the anime claymore its amazing suspenseful and gruesome, has some moments where it gets deep and makes you feel for the characters and their backstories. it's amazing to see someone such as claire go from a killer that has no remourse for humans, to go to a caring person by the middle of the anime. why they stopped this anime i will never know i wish they could bring it back i would love to get another season of it.
