As a kid in the 80s, I remember President Reagan fondly, as he had that winning Hollywood personality, and I knew enough about the world to realize that the developing peaceful relations with Gorbachev and the Soviet Union was welcome.

I never understood the scandals, particularly the Iran-Contra affair, or the small conflicts and wars that were a part of his Presidency. Not to mention Reaganomics, welfare Queens, etc.

I can understand how he's being put on a pedestal, but like many leaders, his legacy is being distorted by those who need to do it.

I would say Obama is mediocre by normal standards. But right now we're witnessing the worst congress in the history of America.

That scales his achievements by a considerable amount.

How would past presidents perform, if they had a Congress as dysfunctional?

- Imagine if all his budgets passed.
- Imagine if his American Jobs Act passed.
- Imagine if ACA didn't take a whole year.
- Imagine if ACA didn't have mandate but single payer system.
- Imagine if Citizen's United never happened.

A lot of "what ifs" when it comes to this congress.

It's not pretending to care, it's a direct violation of American safety abroad in foreign lands. Obama is a weak leader and his involvment calls for impeachment. All Americans should feel the same way. You want to talk about hypocrisy? Look no further than the liberals! They were bitching the whole time Bush was in office about the war (something I agreed with them on for the most part) but they completely ignore Obama for doing the same thing? We are still over there. Guantanamo is still open. And yet the liberal outrage that existed during the Bush years are oddly non-existent now.
