How come female same sex couples are more socially accepted than male?

I'm gay and one question which i will post, is how come lesbians are more socially accepted than gay men?, in this thread is a very important issue i feel good, now that this issue will be addressed. Why do you think lesbians are seen as a good thing?, when will this sexual discrimination be sorted!

Males think Lesbians are hot and are more vocal. Now I don't agree with said line of thinking but I sure hear it a lot when the topic comes up.

I read an article on this once. I'll probably get moderated for explaining it, but it basically dealt with guys thinking they have a chance with lesbians because they think they have the "missing link" in the bedroom. I'll let you figure out what that means on your own.

Both are pretty nasty to me. Lesbians are more tolerable to me personally though because women are relevant to my interests. It is a male dominated society afterall. Many men glorify women beyond imagination.
