I agree with LJS9502_basic that Hamas and even the PNA are far from innocent, and that both sides have a story, but to just name drop Hamas as a reason for things occuring in East Jerusalem seems to indicate a very weak understanding of the current conflict.

So then why use it as an answer to his question if you admit it's an irrelevant justification?
