Finally some WiFi gunplay where the guns don't shoot balls of light...(Metroid). I'm just so glad I can finally play without the stupid ammo physics in Metroid with the ammo flying through the air.
That style of visuals certainly looks cleaner than MPH. Actually a survival horror setting is perfect because in MPH it became a problem to shoot things that were far away, but in a horror game the enemies would normally be close to you or pop out right next to you.
Is it just me, or did they actually pull off an HDR game on the DS system? o.O I thought HDR dropped frame rates on most modern PC games, even on high rig PCs, but the fact that they implemented an active flashlight within the game makes it quite a suprising feat. Speaking of which, is it just me, or do the graphics actually LOOK GOOD on this game as opposed to MP:H which looked decent, but with very low texture resolutions on most maps (if not, all)? It also looks like some kind of Resident Evil/Call Of Cthulhu/Silent Hill hybrid game. Yay for M rated games on the DS! Takes away some of those Ds haters out there saying the DS is too kiddy...Even kiddy games can attract veteran gamers if they're good. Gamers who say games that blow because they are too kiddy need to "grow up", seriously...lol.
this not only looks awesome and has great graphics, but it's a breath of fresh air after all of those recent platformers (although i do like those platformers too). sadly, the video didn't work for me.
did anyone here scroll down enough to see the gameplay screens? And as gamers you should allready know that that video was prerendered and not gameplay. Â But anyway the screens do look pretty good and it would be nice to have another decent fps on the ds. Not to mention a M rated gameÂ
No way is the lighting going to be good enough on the DS get make something like that. It better be action packed, 'cause I can't imagine it being scary :?

There are two different devs. THe pc ward was Fragile Bits while the ds one is Renegade Kid. It is renegade kids first game. The Ward is a sci-fi adventure game which I happened to play. it's quite good, an interesting story unfolds later on. And no, it doesn't have anything to do with this game.
This game looks wicked awesome and i would definatly pick it up so i hope it gets published. now i know ill probably get flamed for this but i dont know who renagade kid is, is he actually a kid cause it sounds like he's some sort of heavy duty gamer or something like that. is he famous? should i know of this guy???

Nope, just a developer. Like insomniac games kinda, except without the support from sony >__>
