I'm in no rush, but seriously, I'd rather see both N64 Zelda games on there before either of the aforementioned titles. The Zeldas for the 64 were by far some of the best games to date and I want to play both so badly again - I think I still have them for the N64 but I don't know if my 64 even works. I wouldn't mind a dose of Banjo Kozooie (SP?) either and RE2...boy I'd love to play RE2 again on the Wii. So far I've downloaded Sonic and Zelda: ALttP...both great games but I need my 64 ones and Mario 64 isn't one of them...Mario Cart though is a good addition.
I think if Banja Kazooie came, i'd buy it. i've always wanted to play it.
edit: but i've just recalled that Rare's Banjo-K characters were reciently removed from the diddy kong racing remake, leading me to believe sour relations between the industry's two biggest contenders.
