Kingdom Hearts 3 Wii Exclusive? (RUMOR)

i know your thinking that the Chain of Memories came out on Nintendo GBA (only to boost sales for that system), but later they did come with a full-blown 3D remake of this game on the PS2, again pushing the entire Kingdom Hearts series back onto the PS2.

if anything, the game will come out on a PS3 exclusively, rather than a Wii.

id bet anything on that.

I'm pretty sure I already saw a teaser of Kingdom Hearts 3 for the PS3 a year or so back and the graphics looked pretty spiffy so I doubt we'll ever see it on the Wii.

yep, that would contradict it. a mistake on my part.
the game was an exclusive until the nintendo console players got a look at the Kingdom Hearts series and begged for a port of the game onto the nintendo systems.

now that supposed exclusiveness is gone.

the article says that the next KH game is exclusive to the Wii only, id bet that the article is bogus.

for now there is 3 KH games coming out onto 3 different handhelds, you can try to grab one or two or all three of those...

The rumor is completely believeable. NP did say there was a huge RPG announcement. But it is also probably fake.

it would be believable, if this wasn't the issue which will no doubt hold some sort of April fools joke prank. And when you think about it, ninty characters don't talk, so how would the plot even work? Sora would be walking around a bunch of mute characters.

Not exactly the best way to start up a riveting storyline.

Precisely only because something was exclusive before doesn't mean it always will be, maybe square-enix actually want to make money on their game and therefore release the game on the console with a much bigger user base than that on PS3 for a fraction of the cost. April fools is in april therefore would only be found in the April addition! and the ninty characters don't talk thing is just complete stupidity otherwise it was a very bad joke.

I would like to see a Kingdom Hearts on Wii with the Nintendo characters and not the Disney characters. It would be kind of a spiritual sequel to Super Mario RPG.

Also, I would not be surprised of Kingdom Hearts is coming to Wii because I read on Codenamerevolution that Square wants to make more Wii games.

Final Fantasy began with Nintendo before goes to Sony. Why would it not be the opposite? Something from PS goes to Nintendo.

Can't wait for this to be resolved. Personally, I think the Wii is a great platform and KH3 would be amazing on it. That being said, the logic for this title heading to PS3 is the same logic that said the PS3 would be on top this generation. That is certainly not the case.

I think KH3 will be on the Wii. It's just a question of when it will be announced.

I don't think the main series will jump ship over to Nintendo, it would be nice but I'm sure that they will keep it on the PS3.

That could refer to a CoM 2 on the Wii, or even the the Japan exclusive remake of the first coming to the Wii. Heck it could even be KH 358/2 Days. Correct me if I'm wrong but Nintendo Power hasn't said much about this game yet. We all know it's coming but those that don't check Gamespot or other sites might not know about it yet.

I'd b pretty surprised if KH3 was a Wii exclusive. It would be a smart move to have it multiplatformed but to move from PlayStation to the Wii seems weird. I haven't gotten my NP yet. Even if it is a PS3 exclusive I'd be fine because I have one. The worst move (for me) would be having it a 360 exclusive. I have a 2/3 chance of having it on a console I have. Doesn't seem very credible, I'll have to ask my NOA connections (though they never really TELL me anything -_-'). I'd be happy if KH3 came to the Wii, just because the game is fun (could go without the disney stuff), and then I won't have to spend 500$ on a PS3.
