not really, it wouldnt split 360 sales. it doesnt matter what you say halo is always going to be better on xbox than DS, theres no getting aroung it. but it would have given DS players a chance to play halo not on a console, but on a handheld. so in reality a DS game isnt going to split 360 salesrather it will just provide another way to play halo.

i read an article on ign about how bungie heard about this ame and said it sounded like a good idea so maye that bungie is independant and can do wat they want becuz MS doesnt have a strangle hold on there balls they could make it!!!!! i would definatly buy a ds if this came outSteveBIRK

Yeah, the guns actually sound like Halo guns...

I mean, the SMG sounds like the SMG from Halo 2 and the Plasma Rifle sounds like... well the plasma rifle from just about every Halogame.

Don't shoot me for being optimistic, but do you think that with Bungie and Microsoft taking their separate roads that Bungie would consider projects for different consoles? i.e. Halo DS? I think all of this hype from IGN and EA (if that's who was involved) will definitely boost enough confidence in Bungie to try and tackle such a project.

It would actually be very stupid on Bungie's part to ignore this demand.

stop being stupid.bungie didnt develop it. its illegal for a name to be used for a different company.they would have to get permission from bungie.which hardly ever happens.the only other option is change its name.which is pretty much impossible.if they did they would lose thousands of customers. they would still get in trouble though for using halo materials

Halo DS will never be made and I don't think many mind that it wont either. Just doesn't have that"draw" on the DS.
