2015 EVO Highlights for Smash Bros Wii U

Some great highlights from the event. This EVO Smash Tournament dare i say, totally smashed the competition. It was amazing to see all the people watching and cheering on the contestants. Above is some highlights a youtube user threw together, the full grand final was awesome also.

Below will be the complete final match between the two survivors if any wan to watch. Ive been trying to watch a bunch of matches, lots of good stuff being uploaded, all are welcome to post videos or screenshots from the Melee and Wii U events.

A good heated battle between two greats.

I didn't get to catch all of the Smash Wii U finals, but I really liked what I saw. I did catch the Melee finals and that was pretty wild. All around I thought that Evo was really good this year.

That last combo was epic.

I saw it live. All the tournaments except Tekken. Anyway, great set of videos.

@elheber: Yeah, i enjoyed the Smash Wii U tournament a bunch. Its looks so good watching them compete as a spectator in it.

I saw some of the end of Smash Wii U. Can Zero be stopped?

@GameboyTroy: He was fun to watch, i like his style when he competes with others. He is the real deal, undefeated since Nov. 2014, 35 consecutive wins, set a record at EVO for not losing a single game for his entire run, and got the romantic victory kiss. There was a bounty on his head for $500 if anyone could beat him. Was crazy for him to switch from his main to Diddy Kong, im guessing so LLL Mr.R couldnt read him as easy, risky move, but it paid off.

The smash community also managed to make Red Bull upset from the constant harassment. RedBull was one of the sponsors. They left a tweet basically saying they were dissapointed from the fanbase.

The top players in smash already make peanuts compared to other esports. That's what happens when you have too many manchildren and weeaboos in the fanbase.

Smash for WiiU was hype!!! I didn't watch Melee at all.

mango was so salty..... he threw his evo medal into the crowd.... a shame he didnt repeat from last year.

That wasn't from salt, he gave it to his fans because they were cheering him.

I will never ever come even close to being as good as those mofos are. I'm just gonna continue enjoying CPU Level 7 and winning most of the time.

really? thats not how i saw it..but i could be wrong.

i can almost beat level 9's but the sudden death matches are killing me.

I'm starting to get really good with Roy. He's a lot of fun to use. Glad they added him to the roster.

I don't think I had played sudden death matches in smash before. You have to use moves that would send people flying aggressively and avoid the moves that would send you flying at the same time. I've played Smash 64 and the demo for Smash 3DS.
